I would like to have something added to the SageTV home page, if possible. When I "corrupted" some of my friends with what a TiVo could do, I put together a short video tape of me exercising some functionality. If the "Screen Shots" section had something similar, a short MPEG of someone setting up a recording, selecting a show from an archive, playing with live TV, it would really help demonstrate the capabilities of SageTV.
This is what I would like to see in the demo:
Use of the OSD
Use of the Favorites Manager
Multiple tuner operation (two or three tuners?)
The video tape that I put together for the TiVo was a whole three minutes long, but gave enough of an idea of what was available to be useful.
Thanks!

How did you video tape the Tivo?

VCR in = TiVo out. I patched both audio and video, but that wouldn't be needed for SageTV (don't get me wrong, a voiced-over presentation would be really nice). The MPEG could be generated by patching one SageTV into another.
It would also be nice to see the same for Sage Recorder and SageTV Client. An MPEG-1 video would suffice.

I would also like to see a demo of SageTV in both full screen and windowed mode. That way it will show how each mode of operation looks and behaves.

SageTV looks and behaves the same in Windowed or Full Screen mode. Have you noticed a difference?

Mine is in the process of being ordered, so I'll find out soon (I plan on only using it in full screen mode). The purpose of the demo would be for those people who would like to see how SageTV could be used. It's always nice to show how the application interacts with the rest of your desktop (bring it to the front to make changes then put it into the background so you can watch TV and do other work, etc.).
