Hauppauge Remote in SageTV

I'm not sure what your looking for.....If you click the box during installation of SageTV, the configuration files should be installed.

I too am unable to get my Hauppauge remote control working with SageTV. I have the wintv-350 remote and am running SageTV 3.1.8. SageTV ignores key presses on the remote control. The remote control works, however, with the wintv software. On the system information screen within SageTV, I am listed as having no IR device. How do I set or configure the remote control? Do I need to reinstall SageTV, since I do not recall specifying the presence of a remote during installation?

Never mind. It's working for me now that I've reinstalled, selecting the proper option.
