Hi
So much has been written in this forum about this device that it is dizzying!
I just got my USBUIRT and what I am trying to do is get my Tivo Remote to Control SageTV instead of my Streamzap.
Here is my scenario
1 Sage Box
2 Tuners (PVR150 - Dish Network and PVR250 - DirectTV )
Dishnetwork Tuner is being controlled sucessfully by my Actisys on COM1
DirectTV Tuner is being controlled successfully by a IR blaster which is plugged into the back of the USBUIRT
The USBUIRT is velcro'd to my TV pointing towards the couch. I unplugged my Streamzap and went into SageTV's detailed setup and went into Link Commands to Sage but whenever I tried to link an action with the Tivo Remote.. no response. I see the USBUIRT light up every time I hit a button on the Tivo Remote.
I think I have explained what I am trying to do.
What am I doing wrong?
Do I need that girder software to do what I am trying to do?
HELP! :-)
Attached is the .IR file I am using to control my Dish Network receiver via the USBUIRT (I have a sneaky suspicion this needs to be edited)
