I have a 6600GT with the latest drivers, nvidia decoder, java etc....

I get playback exception errors with every decoder except the SageTV decoder. When I try to use the Sage decoder I get audio but no video. I just have a black screen and sometimes the clock from my taskbar shows up on screen. :bang:

Are there still bugs with FSE or am I just missing something?

When playing the recording (sound but no video) if I exit full screen while still using FSE I see another window titled active movie (I think that's the title), it has the video playing in it, but it's tiny.

I have the same problem with my ATI Radeon 9550. Probably just bugs that need to be ironed out.

Blade - Do you have the DX9b Quartz.dll installed to fix the jittery playback? If so, I get the same result. I have to use the DX9c Quartz.dll and live with the jitters.

No, I'm running DX9c. I always just ran VMR9 at 720p or Overlay at 1080i to avoid jittering. I never tried messing around with DX.

i replaced my 9.0b patch with the 9.0c quartz and it fixed the rendering problems but got back the FF bug in its place.

I have the same issue, with a geforce 6200a, win2k and the 9c quartz.dll.
