View Full Version : Invalid code for Trial period

I had downloaded and installed the beta to find it needed a code to run. So I uninstalled it and then downloaded the regular in order to get the 10 day trial period to see if i want to splash out and buy this software. But when I installed the regular version, it says I have an invalid code and says nothing about being able to use it for 10 days.

The beta version is a public beta release so it still works as a 10-day trial. What happens when you try to launch the software? How long ago did you first install any version of SageRecorder?

I had installed it once on my other computer on my network which didn't have any tuner card in it, so it was a little pointless! So I was confused when it didn't install on my tuner card PC. I've been through so many different setups with my tivobox pc, I suppose there is a 1% chance that I may have previously downloaded it on this pc.

I had to enter my serial number every time I started SageRecorder. In the End I set my date forward a few years, and entered the serial number. Now it works...
