Sage and M-Audio Revolution, and a few other?

Hi All,

I'm concidering the SageTV with the 250 or maybe the 350.

I currently have the ATI AIW. While the Picture is great I'm displeased with the way the audio operates. When I open the ATI MMC 8.5 to watch TV I have to also open the Revo's CP and enable "Direct monitoring" or use TV-On Demand. Also when I record something it records very low volume. To some it up, it's a real PITA! Hardly easy to use! I couldn't imagine trying to teach someone else how to use it!!!

Anyhoo, anyone own the 250 and Revo 7.1 card?

Do these conditions exist with SageTV as well?

Any other issues with this Sound card and Sage TV?

I understand the 350 has a FM tuner, any other differences?

I would like to control my cable box via IR200L, but I'm out of Serial ports, have two but occupied by VFD and Irman.

Anyway around this?

Serial port expantion via PCI Card?

No sound card-related issues for me with 250s and a Revo. The 250s encode audio into the MPEG2 so the sound card really isn't an issue.
