MVP Playback Freezing

Has anybody else experienced a situation where you are watching a recorded show via the MVP Extender and it then simply freezes on you?

The remote becomes completely unresponsive and the only way to recover from it seems to be to recycle the power on it.

Nope. I have the wife watching on the MVP. If there was something wrong like that I would hear it in a New York minute.
