It seems like the color output on my MVP is a little off. I had to turn down the color on my TV to make it look correct, but when I switch to watch a DVD I have to put the color back up. Has anyone else experienced this or is there a way to change the display settings?

I kind of have, my issue is more with the brightness and contrast though. I have been looking around for a fix, nothing yet other than an idea to play with the settings on my PVR-150 for the recordings it makes.

Are you connecting via s-video or composite?

Try a differnt S-video cable. I had a wierd issue with a Monster S-Video cable to my DVD player...everything turned into bland colors randomly....it ended up being a bad cable. If thats not it, I would try...just for S&G's....switching to composite.

MVP's generally are a little "warmer" than the way it looks coming straight off coax. I have noticed this with mine. Seems like it is a little strong on the red. Others have mentioned the same thing and have changed their contrast/brightness/etc on their capture cards to compensate for this. Only draw back with that, is that after you change the capture card settings, now the image will look washed out if you play it on a computer. I myself have just gotten used to things looking a bit "warm" on my MVP. It is like everything else, once you get used to it, you don't notice it.
