Am I Seeing Things?

I just bopped over to NewEgg to check on some prices. Their front page showed this (http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduct.asp?description=14-122-132&DEPA=1). Looking at the picture, it looks just like a PVR-350 (conexant chip, connectors for cable, FM, S-Video in and out, etc.), but NewEgg has it for $48.00. Am I seeing things, getting confused, need more sleep?

That not even close to looking like a WinTV-PVR 350 board in fact that card dosen't even have any hardware support it a plane jane YUV capture card.

I know that it doesn't say anythig about hardware encode/decoee, but look at the card. Also, that looks like the same Conexant chip. The 350 question had to do with the cable set seen in the third picture (the split cable).

That is why I was asling if I was seeing things.

Wrong Conexant chip :( It looks like they're using the Fusion 878A, which doesn't do hardware MPEG1/2 compression.

From what I've found, there are few Conexant CX23415/23416 cards to be had for under $100. Even the OEM PVR-250 (no-IR port) cards pulled from Gateway MediaPC's run around $90 on Ebay.
