PVR350 TV out settings?

I can't find any application which allows me to change any settings for the 350 tv out.
Is something missing?
For any other TV out i had (e.g. video card, mpeg2 card) there was a settings page somewhere.

A releated question: If I watch live TV with Sage using the TV out on the 350 does the Sage recording setting matter?
Meaning will I see a difference in the video quality on the TV out?

Any kind of recording (encoding) settings will affect any output source. Any decoding settings in Sage will not be used by the 350.

There's no settings page anywhere that I know of for the TV-out on the 350.
