You need:

At least one Hauppage PVR-250
At least one Actsys IRL200 (blaster)
SageTV Software

I have an ExpressVU 3100 receiver. The built in IR settings for the standard Dishnet receiver work for the 3100. I have no idea if it will work for the other one. If its RF instead of IR, you might be out of luck.

I think your video card will work, but I found GeForce cards to be significantly inferior to ATI Radeon's for video overlay quality. I have a 55" TV though, and you might not notice the difference.

If you want to control both receivers, you will need two blasters, but like I said, the 4700 might not be infrared controllable.

You can actually use both receivers off of different inputs on the same PVR-250 card (i.e., composite video and S-Video), but I would recommend getting at least one card for each receiver. There's only one sound input on the PVR-250, so again, you probably want two PVR-250's (assuming, once again, you can control the 4700 with IR).

Not much else to it. Check out the XMLTV plugin HOWTO under the SageTV Service forum for how to get guide listings.

Maybe they all, I have no idea. I just know ExpressVU's web site lists some receivers as coming with an IR remote, and others with an RF remote.
