Snapstream sells the DirecTV Cable Pack (RCA Receivers) (http://store.snapstream.com/dicaparre.html) and I wanted to get your opinion on it. I have a RCA DRD420RE DirecTv receiver with the "low speed data port" on it (I already bought a similar device for my Tivo and it works great).

With this device Snapstream sells I don't see the same product on Sage's store and wanted to know if Sage supported this device.

One of the things with the IR blaster I don't like at this point is I've heard reports of where it takes 2-3 min to change the channel. I'd really like to go with Sage but I might choose Snapstream b/c it has this feature (it says) built in. I'd think this would be a much better option (then a IR blaster) and was wondering what your guys thoughts were about it. Thanks.

1: Handset Cable (4P4C) Coil or Flat
1: DB9 Female (Crimp Conn Female Tin Shell)
See this page http://www.pcmx.net/dtvcon/ on wiring it up
All I did cut on end off Handset Cable and conn to DB9 Female when I use to have DirecTV.
