How does Mac version differ?

Could someone please point me to the docs/FAQ on what features are different with the Mac version? It seems like some things should be inherently different (like Mac has built-in support for DVD playback, integration with iTunes & iPhoto library, power management, etc...).

Also, what can you use for a decent remote on the Mac? I need more than the little white biscuit offers.

We plan to add something to the next manual update. For now, this is what I've been told:


It has iTunes and iPhoto integration, so it will import all pictures found in iPhoto and it will export finished recordings and completed transcode jobs to iTunes.


It supports the MacMini remote and also the Hauppauge remote.


You don't need to install a DVD decoder to do DVD playback, since it is included on the Mac.
