Cannot remove exclusive HD channel from SD Lineup.

I have two boxes from DirecTV(one is HD and the other is SD). They both have the same channel lineup for the most part mainly because the HD channels have SD duplicates except for a select few exclusive HD channels like HDNet. These particular channels being selected on the HD box's lineup, in sageTV, is ok, obviously, but they are also in the SD boxes lineup. If I deselect the channel in the SD lineup it deselects in the HD lineup as well. So, if the HD box is already being used and a recording is coming up on let's say HDNet then I get a channel not available recording from the DirecTV SD box.

Tuners have to use separate channel lineups if you want them to have seprately configured channels. The v6.4 beta has an option to copy a lineup to a separately configurable one; see the beta forum for more info: separately configurable lineups.
