Help with Authoring to DVD?

I am looking to get a wedding video from VCR tape to a DVD using Sage Recorder. I am using the Provideo card and wanted to know how to make the mpeg file DVD compliant? Please.

Any file created using the preset qualities in SageRecorder and a Provideo cad will be DVD compliant. So just go ahead and do it....there's nothing tricky. :)
