I have a satelite box hooked up to the svideo but don't have local channels. I do have locals through a regular antenna hookup. Can sage switch between svideo and antenna connectors to allow both recordings from the sat box and local shows through antenna?

Yes it can.
Just go through the Setup Wizard again and add another source.

This feature stopped working when I upgraded to 1.2.8 on a PVR-250.

BTW, it is does not work in 1.3.3 Beta either.

Priority, can you elaborate on what's not working? Are you able to add it as a source and then it doesn't show up in the Guide or is it not letting you add another source?

Thanks.

Neither.

I can add an antenna source in the setup of wizard along with a Dish Network receiver source on S-Video controlled by an IR-200L. All channels show up correctly in the guide. The Dish channels change fine; however, the input does not change to antenna when viewing a local channel off the antenna source, but rather records from the last channel viewed on the Dish receiver though the S-Video input. The recorded file when viewed under SageTV shows that SageTV believes that it had the correct source selected. Same thing happens when watching "live TV".

I begrudgingly launched WinTV to make sure the driver was working properly and that the card could view the different input sources...it worked fine.

I did have this working with v1.2.4; after upgrading to v1.2.8 and now v1.3.3beta, it is not functioning. I spent of my spare time over the past few days playing with the new beta (which by the way is really, really, really cool!), and I have not tried re-installing, deleting & re-adding sources, etc. to see if I can get it back to working.

Priority,

Send an email to support@freytechnologies.com with your sagetv_0.txt file from your SageTV folder after you reproduce the problem again (shouldn't be hard). Also, send the details about what it should have recorded, etc. I'll see what's going on.

Thanks,

Narflex,
Will do in a few days...I am on the road. If you had that remote Web interface done... :p
