demo bug: tray icon

When you restart explorer, the tray icon does not show up. In order to get to sage tv, I had to terminate the process via task manager.

If you lose the tray icon, you can just run from the command line (or create a shortcut):
SageTV.exe -awake

That will awaken SageTV out of the system tray even if the icon has been lost.

What about redrawing the icon though? I think you get a window message on that occasion. Other software in the tray does reappear...
