USB Harddrive does not idle

My hard drive does not power down (idle) when connected to HD200 and the HD200 is powered off. When connected to a PC it goes into idle when not being called for. I think it should also do this when connected to HD200. Or is there a setting I have missed?

won't happen, potentially that could be part of a screensaver code in the hd theater
