Whenever I touch the mouse even a little, the info display comes up when watching a video. Is there any way to make it so it won't come up until I click on the screen with the left button? This way, tapping the mouse even a little (especially with very sensitive mice) won't affect viewing.
Thanks,
Lauren

Mind if I put in a dissenting vote for this one here? I really like the fact that the OSD pops up when the mouse is moved - very handy when using a wireless keyboard. I certainly wouldn't be opposed to having a configuration option for this, though. :)

I have a wireless keyboard too, but just moving the mouse even a little (like having a pet jump on the table near where the mouse is) causes it to stay on the screen for a few seconds. You can either wait for it to go away or reach for the Info button.
If there were an option for it to be turned off, that would be great.

I could add this to the properties file as a configuration option (default would be what it currently does), it's not that hard to do. When I used to use a wireless mouse (now I use the remote control, so much easier), I'd keep it on the other end of the couch. Then if I wanted to know what time it was, I'd just kick the couch and it'd shake the mouse a little bit and the OSD would come up. It also worked as a 'cat detector' as I'm sure you've found out. Thanks for the feedback.
