No sound in media center mode

I tried to play some music in extender or media centre mode and get no sound. Same with youtube. Video (movie) is fine. When i connect to the server, music plays fine. Connections are HDMI to my receiver and tv. Just updated to the 0626 level on the hd200. Appreciate any ideas. thanks

Try turning up the volume. :) Seriously; it's the #1 solution to this problem. (you don't always notice it because when using AC3/DTS pass-through there's no volume control)

thanks for that - LOL - first thing i tried though. I played a movie , no problem , online services (youtube) and music , no sound. I dont suppose there is a separate audio configuration for one versus the other? This is strange. I connect to the server and play the same song, and no problem. I've had a few strange issues since moving to the new beta. I was playing a movie (Australia) a recent rip on the extender. No sound. Watched it fine after connecting to the server. I re-tried again last night on the extender and it worked that time. I will play around some more tonight but assuming i have the same issue, what trouble shooting, diagnosing would be recommended?

ok just a little embarrassed. I used the remote from the hd200 and turn the volume up on it and its working fine - i never use the remote from the hd200 - i used the harmony one - which controls my receiver, hd200, tv, etc etc. i will now crawl back under my shell :-)
