USB-UIRT 'Failed setting the infrared transmitter port!'

I"m trying to set up my comcast mini DTA to Sage. I'm plugging into my PVR-USB. The problem some when I try to setup the tuning. when I select the USB-UIRT, I get the "Failed setting the infrared Transmittter port"

I did a search and I know there is an issue with Win7 which I don't have. I also
know I there is an issue running in service mode. Which I'm not. and I also read that something else might be using it to cause this issue. That I have not idea. I do not have Girder loaded (or installed for that matter) I use the USB_UIRT to
receive from my remote.

Where else should I look?

Is there another blasting option?

What other programs will use the USB-UIRT that I might not be aware of?

Fungoo!!!! Just for grins... I decided to check the USB-UIRT driver date...

I was using V1.2 There is a 1.4.. What the hell.. why not.. I'll upgrade the driver!

Well what do you know... The error is now gone! Don't I feel like an idiot! :bang:

Now to figure out how to set the rest of this up!
