Little thing with searching

Is the 'minimum of 4 character words when searching' on the forums a fixed thing?

I've been trying to search for 3 letter words recently and been unable to do so (eg SDK, XML, STB etc) - it'd be nice if the minimum word size for searches could be reduced :D

It's like that on AVSForum too, try searching for 'DTS 5.1 DVD' or something.. even 'XBR 800' or 'HD PC Card.' If it's not fixed in the hardware, it's at least a default. Fairly annoying one too.

When Mark gets back at the end of the weekend, let's see what he says about this. He's got the most experience adminitstering the forums. I found where to change it, but I'm not sure about the performance/disk usage hit.
