[PLUGIN] Season-Episode for Malore Recordings.

This is a simply plugin to display s00e00 notation to the Malore Recordings display if SeasonNumber and EpisodeNumber tags are present (as generated by Phoenix/BMT).

this is a small change to the Extra Info style display in Malore recordings. If SeasonNumber is present, it will show the s00e00 notation instead of the last 4 digits of the ExternalID (default).

Is there any way that I can tweak the s01e03 format to display "01x03" instead after I install it?

No, well, other than editing it in studio. This is an extremely simple plugin, consisting of I think one line of studio code. To put any sort of 'options' on it would use at least 10 times as much (would be easier to simply make a separate 00x00 plugin).

BMT sets Season/Episode to 0/0 for movies. You display S0E0 for movies unless I manually go in and change the metadata to delete the season and episode entries. Can you fix your plugin to not display season and episode when the values are 0/0? (Or set some legal range and ignore outside of those).
