How to modify "Favorites Defaults"?

In V7 I cannot find where to modify the Favorites Defaults. In V6 I thought I rememembered that when I created a favorite, I was given the option to make these settings the default. I do not see that now.

How do we request this (favourites defaults) is added to the "normal features"?, when turning on the hidden features it seems to invoke other things I do not want (and is not officially supported).
