FYI, Mcaffee no longer tags Showanalyzer as having a trojan but I still haven't been able to get it running quite right yet.
When I open up Showanalyzer
1. It looks different that what I see on the Dragon Global website. It makes me wonder if I'm opening the wrong file/program.
2. I can't seem to figure out how to make Showanalyzer run on a group of files (as opposed to all the files in a folder)
3. I can't seem to turn on the Directory Monitoring feature. I get no error messages when I try to add a directory to watch but once the dialog box closes, you see no directories listed in tools, settings, scheduler.
I've tried changing permission on the dragon global folder as well in case it was having problems writing to the folder.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
