Hello,

Sage will not load my DVD ISO files into the Video section of the application. I have found a few similar posts regarding this issue, however they all seem to be a month or two old so I was unsure if there was a fix found. Here is my setup. I'm running Sage Server on Windows Home Server. I have my dvd collection ripped to iso format on the whs, each iso in its own folder (for My Movies addon). I installed SageTV Client on my Windows 7 machine. I also have Virtual Clone Drive installed (on both computers). If I do a search->browse file system and go to my Videos share, I can see the iso's stored on the server. If I try to play one of the ISO's the screen just goes black?

So basically is there any way currently for Sage to load ISOs so they display in the Videos section? Also, is there anything special I have to do to get playback of DVD ISOs (other then install the Virtual Clone Drive)?

Thanks for your help

This shouldn't be an issue anymore; first thing to try is going into Detailed Setup->Advanced and selecting the library rescan option in there (different than the one on the main menu). If that doesn't fix it; then submit a bug report: http://sagetv.com/bugs.html

Not only do you have to install VCD but you have to configure it for two (2) virtual drives.

Thanks I'll give both options a shot. If it doesn't work out I'll submit a bug report.

Thanks again
