I've noticed that when i watch recordings or tv on my projector in its native res.. which is at 50hz.. I need to add an audio offset to get lip sync... +125ms seems to do it... I am pretty sure this isn't needed even perhaps watching the same programming when my monitor is in a more standard mode with a refresh of 60hz i assume possibly more..
The thing is i use powerstrip to get 50hz and special resolution.. i'm pretty sure that windows resolution reports it as 60hz, even tho powerstrip and the actual card is doing it as 60hz.. I wonder if your program recieves this same misinformed frequency which would account for the audio sync differences...
Dunno.. just thought i'd ask..
