Cover image resolution - HD200

Hi Just a question to see if anybpdy else is getting this issue or if its a setting.

On my HD200 the movie covers are not that high quality (this is in anyview wall view, list view etc..) they seem grainy and fuzzy. Whereas if i view them on my actual server they are crisp and sharp.

Do these iamges get re-rendered for the HD200 in a lower quality?

Yes they get scaled by my software to the closest pixel size. Remember the extender only runs the ui at a resolution of 1024x576 not full hd like your desktop will. That said I can't notice it on my 50" or smaller I do notice on my 110" but it is still very usable.

You can adjust the scaling settings (see the wiki) service must be stopped when adjusting. Although the extender will still natively scale it down you may gain a pixel count or two but will lose some performance because the extender is have to scale them on demand.
