IR Blaster Feature Request

My digital cable box uses the stupid and annoying TVGuide software (Sage interface is 20X better). The problem is that whenever a channel change occurs, the TVGuide software on the cable box displays a banner at the bottom of the screen. My cable box's settings only allow me to minimize the time of the banner to 3 seconds when I don't want to see it at all!

My cable remote has an "exit" button that if pushed after changing channels, kills the popup banner immediately. Could sage make the "send exit command after channel change" feature into the next release, maybe? It sounds like a trivial feature addition. ;)

There's a way to do this if you set the "Channel Confirm Key" to be Exit. Usually it's set to be an "Enter" IR code for boxes that require one after entering a channel number. I used to have my configured to do what you're talking about.
