Hey Folks,
I noticed that SageTV pauses for about a second whenever a TV program stops/starts. I assume SageTV is saving "program A" and opening a new file for "program B".
I find this a bit annoying. Any way to stop this?
Maybe SageTV can just close/open files when changing channels instead of closing/opening new files whenever a new TV program comes on? I guess that would also allow the user to rewind back hours into the current channel, instead of just rewinding back within the current program?
I would not mind the pause too much if it only happened with programs I selected to be recorded, but it happens with every program I watch.
