Couple questions before I purchase

I have a few questions that I have not seen the answers to.

1.) XMLTV data - I live in a region in Georgia that is not near any of the supported areas for the SageTV service. If I go the xmltv route to get data, will I still be able to do all the normal things like the intelligent reordings, one-touch recordings, favorites, searches and such? I realize the data itself may not be as reliable as the data through the SageTV service, but I have no other option.

2.) If I purchase SageRecorder, can I then upgrade later to SageTV for the difference in price between the SageRecorder and SageTV?

3.) Or if I purchase SageTV, does it come with a license or key for SageRecorder also?

4.) Also, if I purchase one of the products, will all future updates/upgrades will be free?

1 - Yes.

3 - No, SageTV and SageRecorder are completely different products.

4 - Yes, according to what Jeff and Dan have said in the past.

I don't know the answer to 2.

We don't offer an upgrade because they are actually two different applications.
