Feature Request: Recordings sorted by Season / Episode

I would like an option under recordings when clicking on a group of recordings for the same show, that those are sorted by Season / Episode number. Now that I'm getting a lot of Online Videos, they aren't always showing up in the correct order and it would be nice to know that the top of the recordings is the oldest and the bottom is the newest. This sorting shouldn't affect the main recordings screen.

If this is already available and I don't realize it, please point me in the right direction.

What you can do short of installing 3rd party customizations is switch your sort order. It's probably on Intelligent. Set it to Original Air Date. Then either Reversed or normal order depending on your preference.

Oh, I didn't realize that when you clicked on a group of recordings the sorting options would be different. I was set to Intelligent (not sure what makes it so intelligent, but that is for another discussion). Online videos don't have an original air date that is different than the day of recording. I changed it to Title or Episode A-Z and that appears to have it sorted properly as the episode number appears to be at the beginning of the episode description. I still think it would be good if there was a sorting option based on the Season / Episode number as that would be always be correct, although there would need to be some logic in place to handle if there wasn't a Season / Episode listed for the recording.

Edit: Sorting by Title or Episode broke my other OTA recordings, so I switched to Original Air Date, but that isn't going to help me in the case of online videos.

If the metadata is correct (ie bmt scraped the orig air date) then the online videos should be sorted correctly... the only caveat is two shows that have the same original air date.. they may be swapped

I might not have BMT setup properly then. I know that I have the setting
"Preserve Original Metadata for Recordings" checked as otherwise the Show titles change from time to time and then I have to go back into BMT and update the names. What else should I check to make sure online videos that are in the recordings section of the UI are still scraped?
