Beta version 1.3.5 is now available for testing. You can access it at www.sage.tv/beta.html.

We also reset the trial period for the SageTV Client from 1.3.4. Please note that this will be the last reset of the trial period and we plan to release the SageTV Client by May 31st for sale.

I've attached the release notes for detailed information on the changes. As always post question, comments, issues here in the forum or e-mail them to us at support@freytechnologies.com.

Thanks,
Dan

Dan/Jeff,

Awesome job! I like the music visual, it's pretty darn cool. The music playing is also much much better. DirecTV is being installed Saturday, I can't wait to order Sage!

Looks great Jeff.

Just one question.
you mentio:
7. Added option to properties file to disable moving files to the errant directory

I don't know if I am just blind, but I have read through the properties file and can't seem to find it any where...I did a search on disable and nothing new.

Thanks,
John

It may be just me, but since upgrading to 1.3.5 my right click (options) menu in SageGuide is missing some of the commands it had. Like Add To Favorites. Is this normal?

Ok, so I am using SageTV fullscreen on my TV with a remote. I have the toolbars disabled. How do I enable and disable a favorite? I have to use the hotkey now?

Looks like Favorite and Watched have been removed from this menu. Is there any way to configure it to come back? It was fine before. You could bind the options key to a remote and get all that functionality.

Sheesh, I just got 1.3.4 installed!

Of course, there's no need to slow down development on my account :-)

The add/remove favorite and set/cleat watched getting left out of the menus is a bug. I've already fixed it for the next release. :)

Glad to hear some positive feedback on the music visualizations! It was a major pain to do!

Any chance we could get "I hate this program" or "Do not like" as you call it, in the right click context menu in the Guide? My remote control doesn't have enough buttons to have this mapped to a key, so I have to bring out the keyboard and mouse every day to tell Sage TV that I really dont like the news it constantly records no matter what I do.

Sure, we can do that. :)

Any votes for what to call it besides "Don't Like" ?

I always thought that was a terrible description but never though of anything better in the past year....

I have not loaded the new version as of yet. Have you fixed the 16:9 Fill/Lock mode using Overlay feature yet?

Thanks,

Frank T. Lee

I guess "Thumbs Down", or at least it's 'graphic', is already taken (by TiVo).

"Exclude" might work... "Nix" is a little more ambiguous...

Windows needs such a button.....

I vote for a "Shut up and leave me alone" button.

Well, the dual monitor issue is taken care of. Works as expected now - Thank you.

I'm not aware of any 16:9/fill mode lock overlay issue....

After watching Jim Carrey's The Grinch, I vote for "loathe".... :)

Anyway, I like the new beta. The channel logos are much bigger and take up the whole row, which is nice.

One question though.... A while back you mentioned that there would be an option to stop mouse movement from displaying the info window. Has that been added? If so, how can I turn it on?
