Cant get hauppauge remote to work

I have looked in the windows directory. in the remote file I find all the files but not the one for SageTV. How do I get the remote to find Sage.

If have WinTV-PVR did install IR32? with out it dosen't work.

I have the Wintv PVR 250 where would I find that file.

if want the latest you can get off ftp.shspvr.com under IR32 folder

If you Irremote.ini has the rigth stuff in it then close SageTV, Next go to Start | Programs | Hauppauge WinTV | then click on Stop IR then go back then do Restart IR then re-start SageTV don't for get SageTV on Top for it to work rigth with remote
