The newest driver from your site:16.20352,
but because of the "no-audio problem" I replaced the 'HCWPVRP2.SYS' file in '\WINNT\system32\drivers' with the the one from the previous '20326' drivers.
WinTV2000 works fine

Try swap back 'HCWPVRP2.SYS' and reboot just to see if fix the problem with SageRecorder.

I've been informed by Hauppauge that there's issues with the audio on PAL cards. It's not done the 'normal' way; so we're going to need to work with them on this to get the specifics. I'll keep you all updated on this and we'll modify the website to reflect the issues with PAL.
Thanks,
