Can you use the same config files?

I would like to update to the Beta, but was wondering if I should delete everything that has been recorded and start over, or if I could copy the config files over to the new install and keep the favorites, priorities and the sage guide info from the previous install?

You can retain all settings on the upgrade. You don't think I'd want to lose my settings either, do you? :)
