I'm getting rather frequent (more frequent than before) DirectShow errors. The one on the screen right now says, "There was a problem with time control in DirectShow. Failed seeking the DirectShow filter graph after switching files ErrCode=0x-7fffbfff"
I have sagetv_0-3.txt files if you're interested.
I have two 250s, one cable box->svideo EXE plugin IR controlled (to Girder), the other analog cable direct.
I'm setup with the Elecard decoder and DScaler plugin with double refresh rate.
I am going to investigate something I saw in these forums about delaying the rendering when a channel change happens, as this seems to be the moment when things typically go south.

Stuart

Send one of the log files to support@freytechnologies.com from when the error occured. Thanks.

ok, next time it happens I'll do that. What's the difference between 0,1,2, and 3? Can I just pick any one of them?
Also, you might want to put spaces into your email address as you usually do.

The log files are sequenced with the most recent one being the "0" version. On the next startup the "0" becomes the "1" the "1" becomes the "2" and so on. If you haven't restarted, you can just send him the "0" file.

Update...
I found that somehow SageTV may have lost track of a lot of data in its storage drive (stuff in a folder called "Errant" was particularly suspect). SageTV wouldn't go to the Guide nor to LiveTV nor to replay recorded shows. I deleted all stored shows in Windows Explorer and I'm back in business....
plus... not seeing any DirectShow errors since then
Fingers crossed...

Regards,
I'm getting this now as well....I haven't been able to get past this error. Everything has been working relatively fine but all of a sudden this started popping up.

Thanks but I fixed it.
I deleted the IGNORE reference to my Hauppauge in the configuration file and everything is ok now. :)
