Licenses question
My last sage server version I have purchased is Windows Sage Sever version 4. I am looking into upgrading my server but I am also running a NAS with Linux Fedora 24/7 on a separate machine. I am very conformable with using linux an am considering migrating my Hauppauge capture cards over to the Linux platform and give the Linux OEM a try.
My question is; Do I need to puchase a “new” version 6 Linux OEM license. Or since I qualify for lower cost “upgrade” licenses, can I buy an upgrade license from Windows Sage Server version 4 to Linux OEM Version 6?

License questions should be emailed directly to SageTV. But, Linux and Windows licenses are separate licenses: they are not interchangeable and one cannot be converted to the other.
