Embarrassing question but I'm still new.
Guys,
I loaded sage about a month ago and now I want to upgrade. Unfortunately I'm not sure what to upgrade. What's the difference between SageTV Media Center and SageTV Client?

Thanks Greg. I am running SageTV Media Center and the upgrade went smooth. I guess I'm not sure what SageTV client is.

SageTV Client is a software application that connects to your SageTV server over a LAN and lets you watch recorded content on another PC. Before the release of the HD Media Extender, SageTV Client is what we used to connect multiple HDTVs to a single Sage server. Some of us still use it on our desktop PCs.

IIRC, you're only using the HDExtender and the actual server for playback, right? No other client PCs in the mix? If so, you don't need SageTVClient, just the Media Center.
