Settings for the Sage Recorder ver. 1.5

Hey all,

Yup, another Noob here. So I'll try to make this quick and simple.

I'm just in need of knowing what are good basic settings for the recorder?!

I do plan on buring and maybe shrinking files so I can put them on DVD's.

I of course would like to have good video and audio quality, but not have to worry about a 2hr. show taking up a load of space on the hard drive. Not until I get another spare drive setup for my recordings only of course.

I looked at the "Advanced Video Capture Settings" in the recorder, but I am at a total loss!

I have attatched some screen shots of the program if that helps.

I have a PVR-350 card.

Can anyone help me?
