Yes he is, but please remember that some viewers might be days behind in their watching via Sage. I'm caught up and enjoying every minute I can watch of the Tour - but we don't want to "spoil" it for anyone.

2 years ago my family and i were in Paris on the day the tour ended, so we thought we would meet up near the Louvre.............i spent so much time underground trying to find an exit that wasn't blocked by police that i never got within blocks of where i was supposed to meet my wife and kids.......fortunately we had cellphones but i had to walk blocks away before i could get above ground........never did see any cyclists live

Going to watch it live but then the F1 is on at the same time.
