Playon picture goes black and loses sound

I have been using this plugin for years and I have been trying to diagnose with the playon tech support why while playing a show with netflix or hulu, the video and sound stops. If I restart the video, it will stop again in the exact same spot again unless I stop and restart the playon service. Playon tech support says it is a problem with sagetv(of course!). Anybody else have this problem and if you have fixed it can you tell me how. I have windows 7 home premium fresh install with the lastest versions of flash and playon.

I get the same experience but quite rarely, with Netflix. I have just lived with it but at least you figured out to restart the PlayON server. I have waited a day or 2 and the video then plays properly to the end -- not so great for the climax of a great movie. PlayOn tech support have been helpful to me a couple of times but they do sometimes blame Sage, when it turns out to be PlayOn. Updates to PlayON inevitably fix the issues I experience but not that one yet.

My Sage Server runs on Windows 7 Professional, BTW. I too have all the latest updates for Flash and so on.
