Using client on secondary monitor (2 video cards)

I've setup the Client software on my main computer which uses two monitors running off of different video cards. Everything works well until I move the Client window to my secondary monitor to play video. Then I get a set of text in place of the video that says I need to move the client window to the other monitor. I'm not at home as I write this, so I can't copy it verbatim, but the text doesn't tell me whether the Client won't run on anything other than the primary monitor (like the Real player) or whether my video card doesn't meet the necessary hardware requirements.

Is anyone running a dual-monitor system where they can play video through the Client software on either monitor?

The two video cards are:
Primary monitor - 128 MB Radeon 8500
Secondary monitor - 8 MB FireGL 1000
