PVR-500 with RF noise and Audio drop-outs

I replaced one of my two PVR-250's with a PVR-500 yesterday.

Since then, both tuners on the 500 have a significant amount of RF noise (wavy lines in the picture) and, whenever Sage is on those tuners, the audio constantly drops out.

I am using Hauppauge's latest drivers 4.7A and Sage 3.0.11.

Do I just have a bad unit or has anyone else seen this?

Thanks

Before someone with a 500 chimes in... that 500 is adding an extra internal split into the coax, if that is how you are connecting it. Maybe the signal strength just went too low after that internal split? If you have other splitters on the line, can you try connecting the coax from before your own last split?
