Can I rename the "Main Menu"

I must be doing this wrong - everytime I try and rename the main menu, the STV just hangs.

I'm still using the stock sageV4 STV - which widget contains the actual text of the title?

I think you mean that you have been renaming the "Main Menu" menu widget -- you shouldn't do that, since SageTV has to have a Main Menu to go to as the, um, main menu. See p. 48 of the Studio manual for some special widget names. If you have simply been trying to change the name of the menu that is displayed in SageTV...

Expand the Main Menu & you will see a "Main Menu" text widget. That is the widget you would rename.

eh, ooops. I suppose changing the menu widget would be a bad thing.

Changing the menu text widget is much better. Yes, I was just trying to have a different title.

In my defense, i've only played with Studio for 3 hours now; I throw myself at the mercy of the forum.
