Help hooking up AGP -> Component

Just replaced an rpTV w/ a Panny TH-50px75u (I know it's 720p, but it was $721).

Existing wiring is 3 BNC cables which the previous home owner used to run component w/ BNC-RCA adapters.

The Sage box I want to put there is an AGP box, and the Visiontek HD2400 Pro OC I had installed didn't play nice with my ATI DVI-Component adapter (from a 9800 AIW). I also broke the adapter (don't ask).

I'm also running Sage 5, not 6, so I don't think an Extender is an option.

So here are my questions.

1) Is there any way to get 720p to the TV over BNC other than component?
2) Is there another AGP video card I can use other than a 9600 or 9800 AIW?
3) Should I just suck it up and get a PCIe board and card? If so, what card?

1. Wiki quote: S-Video carries 480i or 576i resolution video (approximately 700×486 pixels edge-to-edge). So you'd need to use the Component or HDMI ports for higher res. The BNC-to-RCA cable can be ignored.

2. I don't necessarily recommend Tiger Direct but you can see what type of AGP cards are still available.
