How quickly do new channels show up in Sage?

I guess this is somewhat at the mercy of the EPG data provider but how long does it take for new channels to show up in Sage?

My provider, Rogers Cable in Toronto, has added Speed HD but this hasn't shown up in Sage yet. In addition Extreme Sports was changed to the College Sports channel - this shows up as No Data on Sage. And on Oct 31 HBO Canada is starting up.

There is also one channel incorrect in my lineup - it has channel 500 as LEAFSTV but it is actually LeafsTV HD - it has less programming but is in HD

Where does Sage get the EPG data?

I believe the guide data comes from snap2it.
DirecTV added a channel about a month ago (552) and it showed up in my guide two days later. It may vary by provider though.

There's a FAQ:

My Program Guide is listing incorrect info for some channels and/or shows. I am using the built-in data which comes from Zap2It. Is there some way to see about getting this fixed?
