Additional H.264 Filter Possibility - Main Concepts

I have used Main Concepts' consumer H.264/AVC decoder but can only get it to work on one of my CPU's even though they have identical video cards and are XP SP2 32-bit. This goes to another one of my posts concerning EVR showing up on one CPU and not the other. No clue on that one either.

Anyway, on my one CPU (the Sage server) I am using the Main Concepts decoder with great success under an ATI 3650 Sapphire card, x16 PCIe 2.0, EVR rendering.

Main Concepts also offers a concise merit/registration utility and a decoder control utility.

Not to muddy this thread, but what about the audio videoframe/aac_audio_decoder_filter property? I think that would be important too.
Yup, I'm using:
videoframe/h264_video_decoder_filter=MPC - Video decoder
