NO volume/ no Audio on some channels

On the server computer, channel HBO has no volume.

On the client computer, HBO and TNT have no volume.

I also have a television connected directly to the provider (Comcast) which plays both channels fine, so I don't think this is a provider problem.

In the past I've had problems with poor audio and video with channel TNT. But it seems unusual to have dead silence.

I haven't scrolled through all the channels, and I'm hoping that no other channels have this problem.

My most recent change to SageTV: Periodically I have to go to SageTV setup, disable all channels, and then "scan for available channels" because, every few weeks, the EPG becomes blank - shows "No data" on all stations. After I did one of these scans yesterday I noticed HBO wasn't producing volume. So I did the scan again - with same results.
