anyone here using Shaw Direct in the U.S.? If so, how do you deal with programming changes, billing, email and phone issues, aka to remain cloked

I'm not in the US, but all my billing is via email. Programming changes, etc. are dealt with over the phone. Use your Canadian mailing address and switch to eBilling or if you don't have a Canadian mailing address use a friend's. I've never received a single hard copy of anything in the mail from Shaw Direct - it's all electronic and phone.

You can change your programming through the website assuming you know your account number.
